From Rhône-Alpes, this raw cow's cheese is a traditional product from Savoie and Haute-Savoie, more particularly from the Abondance, Maurienne and Tarentaise valleys.
It has a delicious nutty flavor and a smooth paste that melts in your mouth. Hard, powdery crust has an earthy appearance
aroma and is usually mottled.
