Created in Spain, this Pasteurized ewe's cheese has a long historic and literaly tradition, as it was mentioned by Vervantes «Don Quixote of la Mancha ».

The taste is well developed, but not too strong, sweet and nutty with dry texture   buttery, and slightly piquant, with a sheep’s milk aftertaste.
