Gaz de Schistes Pet Nat

From Languedoc, the Vidal family has been making wine at Château de la Liquière since the 1700s. Based in Faugères, their hectar of vines are planted on schist soils as the name of the wine suggests. This wine is distinguished by its wild and rocky terroir, and its ancestral pet nat method where the fruit is pressed directly and bubbles are created. It is also certified biodynamic and organic, and the fruit is collected by hand.

Fruity, frizzy and excellent, this wine is bursting with aroma and tangy flavor of strawberry and raspberry.
