Authentic Corsican black cherry and thym chutney for cheese

Prepared with 55g of fruit per 100g. Total sugar content: 62g per 100g. Ingredients: cherries, 40% cane sugar, glucose syrup, gelling agent: fruit pectin, lemon juice, thyme 0.02%. Made in a workshop using nuts and milk.
